  • We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed, and another shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing, depending on the shipping address.
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): Orders will arrive the next business day after processing if the order is placed before 12:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

For international shipping, delivery times vary based on the country of destination. We offer standard international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-21 business days depending on the location.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order size, shipping method, and destination.
  • LOVECITE CITY offers free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
  • Expedited and international shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for standard or expedited shipping. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
  • International Orders: Please note that certain international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. LOVECITE CITY is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the customs process.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or issues with the shipping carrier.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • LOVECITE CITY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
  • In cases of undelivered items or packages damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately for support.

9. Returns on Shipping Costs
