  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Please note that the shipping charges you paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • If the replacement item is available, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
