LoveCiteCity accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned with the original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
